Welcome to the property owner section of the Barton Creek Living website. The site is intended to assist all owners and prospective owners in the community by providing information regarding the management of the various communities in the development.

The Barton Creek community is currently made up of four large Property Owners Associations that cover the entire existing community. Each existing and future lot within the Barton Creek Community has a mandatory membership to a Property Owners Association and are subject to separate deed restrictions and architectural guidelines.

The main Property Owners Associations are:

Barton Creek Southwest POA, which consists of the following neighborhoods:

• Calera Court
• Verano Drive
• Amarra Drive, Phase 1
• Amarra Drive, Phase 2
• Amarra Drive, Phase 3

Barton Creek Southwest POA is managed by RealManage.

Barton Creek North Master Association, which consists of the following neighborhoods:

• The Terraces
• Watersmark
• The Ridge
• North Rim
• The Woods
• Woods II
• Woods III
• The Fairways
• Governor’s Hill
• Wimberly Lane
• The Foothills

Each of these neighborhoods also has a separate sub-association. The Barton Creek North Master Association is managed by RealManage and maintains a website at www.bartoncreeknorth.com.

Barton Creek South POA, which consists of the following neighborhoods:

• Escala Drive
• Mirador Drive
• Escala on Lost Creek
